Your calls
Asks whether the water is still running and where it is coming from, then alerts whoever is on call.
Finds out whether it is the whole house or one tap, and how long it has been off.
Takes the address, what is blocked and whether it is the only toilet in the house.
Captures the scope and books a quote visit in a slot you have left open.
Books them into quieter days so they don’t break up a big job.
Takes the tenant’s contact details and access arrangements along with the job.
Booked into the diary you already use. Jobs go into Google Calendar on every plan, with the address, number and a one-line summary. The customer gets a confirmation text and a reminder the day before. With more than one plumber, jobs can route by postcode and keep emergency slots free.
