For sales agents, letting agents and property managers
Applicants ring at lunchtime, landlords ring in the evening, and tenants ring when the boiler fails on a Sunday. The assistant answers every call in your agency's name, books viewings and valuations, takes repair reports and alerts your on-call contact when something cannot wait.
Flat monthly fee from £200. Live in 1 to 5 working days from script approval.

Type your agency name, then call as a buyer, landlord or tenant. It runs in your browser and takes about a minute.
We write the call flows with you, so the assistant asks your questions in your order. Four kinds of call make up most of an agency's phone traffic.
Asks which property or area, whether they are buying or renting, and the questions you set, such as their position, timescale or move-in date. Then it books the viewing or passes a qualified applicant to the right negotiator.
Vendors and landlords are your most valuable callers. The assistant takes the address, timescale and reason for moving, and books a valuation or a call-back from a valuer the same day.
Logs the address, the problem and access details. For the emergencies you define, such as no heating, a leak or a lock-out, it alerts your on-call contact straight away instead of leaving it until morning.
Answers when the office is closed or every line is engaged, and emails the branch a short summary of every call, so nobody has to listen to voicemail.
Callers rarely say which department they need. The assistant works it out with one or two questions, then follows the route you set: book it, message the right team, or transfer the call. Multi-branch agencies can keep one number and still reach the right office.
Real free slots are offered and booked on every plan.
Links to systems such as Reapit, Alto, Jupix or Street are built on request and scoped per agency.
Calls are forwarded to the assistant out of hours, when lines are busy, or all the time. You choose.
It does not negotiate offers, give valuations or rent figures it has not been given, discuss referencing outcomes or give legal advice. Those calls go to your team, with the caller's details already taken. If a caller reports a smell of gas, it tells them to leave the property and call 0800 111 999.
Three plans at £200, £350 and £500 a month, plus a one-time setup from £500, with 30 days' notice. Multi-branch agencies usually need Pro or Premier. See the plans.
Yes. Google Calendar is included on every plan, so the assistant can offer real free slots and book the viewing. Links to property software such as Reapit, Alto, Jupix or Street are available on request and scoped per agency. Until then, every enquiry is emailed to the right branch with the caller's details.
You decide what counts as an emergency, for example no heating, a leak, a lock-out or no power. For those, the assistant takes the address and details and alerts your on-call contact straight away. If a caller reports a smell of gas, it tells them to leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999. Everything else is logged for the morning.
Yes. It asks whether the caller is buying, selling, renting or letting, and which property or area they mean, then follows the route you set for each: a booking, a message to the right team or a transfer.
Yes. It introduces itself as your agency's virtual assistant, and it can take a message or pass the call to a member of your team at any time.
Yes. Your number stays the same. Calls are forwarded to the assistant when you choose: out of hours, when the lines are busy, or all the time.
Between less than a day and 5 working days from script approval, depending on the features you need. A receptionist that answers and takes messages can be live the same day; diary bookings and property-software links take longer.
