Before your AI receptionist goes live, we agree a target with you in writing. If it is missed in the first 30 days, we refund your first month and your setup fee.
How it works
- We agree the target together. On your setup call we pick one measure that matters to your business — for example, calls answered, enquiries captured, or bookings made — and the number to hit. We write it into your order confirmation before go-live.
- The 30 days start at go-live. That is the day your number starts sending calls to your assistant.
- We report against it. You can see your calls and recordings throughout, and we send you a summary against the target at day 30.
- If the target is missed, you get your money back. We refund your first monthly payment and your setup fee within 14 days of you asking. You can then cancel, or carry on if you prefer.
What the guarantee needs from you
- Calls are forwarded to your assistant as agreed for the full 30 days.
- You approve the script and give us the access we need (for example, your calendar) before go-live.
- You tell us within 14 days of day 30 if you want to claim.
After the first 30 days
Plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. Prices exclude VAT. See full pricing and terms.
