Your calls
Asks for the make, any fault code on the display and whether there is still hot water.
Checks whether anyone elderly, unwell or very young is in the house, so you can put it first.
Books them into the slots you keep for servicing and sends a reminder the day before.
Takes the property, the appliances and tenant access, then books the visit.
Captures the property size and current boiler, and books a survey.
Books smaller jobs into quieter days.
Booked into the diary you already use. Jobs go into Google Calendar on every plan, with the address, number and a one-line summary. The customer gets a confirmation text and a reminder the day before. With more than one heating engineer, jobs can route by postcode and keep emergency slots free.
